  • Arkivs reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
  • Continued use of the website means you accept any revised terms.

Products

  • We make every effort to display products accurately.
  • Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings.
  • Arkivs reserves the right to correct any errors at any time.

Ordering & Payment

  • All orders are placed on a Cash on Delivery basis.
  • By placing an order you confirm your details are accurate and you are available to receive and pay upon delivery.
  • Arkivs reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud or repeated delivery failures.

Pricing

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Prices may change without notice.
  • The price at the time of ordering is the price charged.

Delivery

  • We deliver all over Pakistan via Trax, Leopard, TCS and BlueEx.
  • Orders dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Delivered within 3 to 5 business days nationwide.
  • Cash on Delivery available on all orders.
  • All orders are shipped in transparent flyers so you can see your product before signing.

Returns & Refunds

  • We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
  • We do not offer cash refunds.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
  • All returned products are inspected before an exchange is approved.
  • If you received a wrong or damaged item Arkivs covers return shipping.
  • If exchanging for a different product the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp at +923145035338.
  • Once dispatched an order cannot be cancelled.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website including images logos and text belongs to Arkivs.
  • Nothing may be used or reproduced without prior written permission.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
  • Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Rawalpindi Pakistan.
