Delivery
- We deliver all over Pakistan via Trax, Leopard, TCS and BlueEx.
- Orders dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
- Delivered within 3 to 5 business days nationwide.
- Cash on Delivery available on all orders.
- Pay in advance via bank transfer and get Rs.300 off on all PITAKA cases.
- All orders are shipped in transparent flyers so you can see your product before signing.
Returns & Exchange
We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer cash refunds. All returned products are inspected by our team before an exchange is approved.
The product must be unused, undamaged, free of any marks and returned in its original packaging box. Products that show signs of use or damage will not be accepted for exchange.
If you received a wrong or damaged item Arkivs will cover the full return shipping cost. If you wish to exchange for a different product or color the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product we will dispatch the exchange within 1 to 2 business days.
